- A credit or exchange is available for all full priced items, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit/exchange. Any received thereafter may be declined.
- Refunds not available (except for damaged items)
- Items must be returned in their original condition including ALL tags and must not have been worn.
- All sales items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
- The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable. Exchanged items posted back to the seller will be at the sellers expense.
- A returns sheet is provided with each order containing options for a return.
- All orders should be returned to the address on the returns form.
- We check all items before dispatch for damage, however if an item is received damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or refund. Return postage of a damaged item will be at the sellers expense.
